Is it ok to Spin a day after getting my Mirena IUD insterted? - mirena iud
I had a Mirena coil my day, and I believe will go to my spin class hours Tomorow. Is this a bad idea, so soon after it in? Could "take off" or they have a better chance to get out?

I have, after 4 or 5 months. The day I had on my trip, I went for a very bumpy jeep with my friend and I were very good. You may not be all that easy though. When you do go your Gonna Leave, What ever you need. Hope this helps!
